Two things I'm noticing about foreign job offers

1. Indians are getting offers from abroad but they are very less salary. It is actually even less than average salaries

2. Suddenly lot of jobs openings are coming from European countries bordering Ukraine such as Poland and Romania.

I can understand the obvious reasons but anyone have any deeper knowledge on these trends

1. Can anyone please share their views on WLB and growth at EXL Analytics division?

3. Also, does the company provide any on-site opportunity as well?

I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023
