Recently I got an offer from Airbus. How will the work culture and learning over be there?

I know I've been low-balled in terms of salary. But if there is a good culture I'm happy to take it.

Currently unemployed, and looking at a job offer of around 62k base, small firm. Not my preferred choice but this is the first offer in three months. They also took a month to get me the offer with corona and internal restructuring. Two questions:
1) The contract doesn’t mention a notice period in the probation period. What’s a good way to ask? 2) If I manage to secure another offer between contract signing and start date, would this involve any financial liabilities?

I'm currently working as a learning specialist/trainer for a large organization for the past 8 years, making a literal over $53,000. The past two years I have been training new employees training courses that last 5 weeks. My department is transitioning to a platform where they want learning specialists to create content and short learning videos to support the business line and I assume eventually replace the training. I wanted to get some feedback on appropriate salary negotiations. Thanks!

HR called once last week for salary negotiation but hasn’t called back since.

Should i be worried?

Tax Senior here. I’m well liked around the office, I put in the hours and work hard, I haven’t had any dumpster fire projects, but I am a mediocre performer compared to my peers (not as strong project management, communication, not as confident). I just got told they’re firing me. Should I expect severance? Have other people been fired for similar? What did you do with your career?

I am working as a QA Automation Engineer with 6.6 YOE ,got selected for Nagaro conpany for 19 lpa .How much package i can expect from other companies

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.
