Realistic is 75 from what I have seen; prob up to 85-90 IF you can switch firms. But as an S1, the truth is you don’t really know that much about M&A so you won’t likely get paid like it. If all you have done is M&A then you aren’t rounded enough. Good news is you will get larger bumps though the longer you stay in.
