Updating resume out of college— I graduated in 2020 and started my first job in consulting. I haven’t gotten around to updating my resume since applying to this job in 2019. Does anyone have any tips on how to go about this/willing to share what you added/removed once you got your full time job?

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss. I feel super uncomfortable now because do I essentially lie to my boss because I’m not supposed to talk about it.
