That is so true! It's so important to make sure that you believe in yourself and use any mistakes as motivation to improve yourself instead of focusing too much on them. You can be your own worst enemy if you're constantly looking down on yourself.

I love this and I definitely agree. I have always looked at mistakes as a way to improve, grow, and get bbetter. We all make them so we might as well learn to embrace them and use them to make us better overall. I think that is what seperates the winners from the rest of the pack, the ability to embrace our mistakes.

Is the SPHR or PHR license necessary to pivot into human capital? I have a MBA from a Top 15 school. Any thoughts?

I’m a manager in PwC’s human capital practice. I’m getting recruiting messages from the other Big 4, as I imagine most of us are. I’m interested in hearing about human capital consultants who went from PwC to one of the other firms, as well as people who came from one of the other firms to PwC. Happily ever afters as welcome as horror stories here. Thanks!

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
