Very curious to see how this review affects our relationships with government clients. DoD has been a major player in the consulting market, now with this move to reevaluate contracts there’s a real risk that a lot of long-standing projects could be cut or scaled back. What do you all think? Will this push impact the industry as a whole?

T3 firm reached out re: direct admit to the partnership with some runway to grow the practice. I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years. This would be a step down in brand, but might be better from a WLB and getting to start at partner. Haven’t had firm comp talks yet but range was well north of 50% increase in cash comp from current (plus LT equity, draws, etc). Anyone take $ over brand? what are some traps to watch for?

PwC partners have any comments on the cohort model? A lot of complaints in PwC bowl arising from the disappointing adjustment and the constraints the model has imposed on career growth
