For senior roles, is this usually normal delay/internal approvals or likely a silent rejection?

How do you navigate when you've already accepted an offer, but you get a better one? I'm supposed to start a new role tomorrow but got an offer for the job I really wanted, and it pays 50k more. Is it horrible if I quit while having just started?

Is it a good thing to change job every 6 months? Does it look good to recruiters that you are very capable of interviewing skills ?

as an analyst how do I network and maintain connections with external orgs (clients and more so buyers) after the deal has closed? I have their contacts of course but do I add them on LinkedIn after? I’m having a problem with micro management and design by committee starting to rear its ugly head in my company. Product team lead not trusting his design team to make design decisions, making unreasonable demands and putting undue pressure on us. Any advice on how to address this before it becomes a reason to start looking for other work?
