I want to do tableau certification. How do you make deloitte pay for it. Do i talk to my project ppd? But i am highly skeptical as I do not do anything tableau related on project. Any way to get certification money for free?

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. I had technical and behavioral interview today at Deloitte Canada for visual analytics and information design position.
In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

It went good they asked couple of questions and showed that at some point it lacks of continuity and rest thing is good. I have been told we will discuss and send details to HR and you will get update within few days. What are the chances that they can hire me ?

I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

Hi everyone! Idk if I need advice or I’m venting but I’ve been looking for jobs actively right now and want to make a switch soon. There’s a gap in terms or compensation for the jobs I’m being approached for. These jobs offer the same compensation I’m at or slightly higher (5-7%). This is demotivating and I honestly don’t know what to do. I don’t make an awful lot (105K in NYC) and I’m looking for a 20-30% bump in terms of compensation. Am I crazy here?
