Wanted to get some input on my career. I’m currently a product management intern at a big tech company (think LinkedIn, Spotify, Adobe, etc.). I’m also currently in the middle of FT MBB consulting recruiting. Is it worth it to continue recruiting for MBB consulting (from everyone I’ve talked to, the exits seem pretty good) or should I just take the tech PM return offer? Is the grind in consulting worth it or is big tech PM a better place to be at?

Anyone working within AML or compliance? I am finishing my internship soon within OLG as an AML specialist and looking for any tips for where to go from here.

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
