Was interviewing few people past two months - why do interviewing candidates take months? Hiring manager, technical interviews, HR, Directors - why does selecting candidates take so long that even before hiring they are lost to competitor, or is it just me

I’ve decided that I no longer want to work in Oracle for a variety of reasons, but mostly the lack of good training options while still expecting me to get certifications are really driving me to find something else.

Just say NO, Sorry your skills are not a match, don't ignore. You were also candidates once.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

AT&T: HBO-MAX is probably top 3 stream platforms along with netflix and disney plus. Despite this AT&T trades at a super low multiple. Is this the next glow-up a la Disney this past month? I think so. They've already got an extensive library and have consistently over 20 years delivered the best shows on TV, period. I understand that the core AT&T business may seem like a "liability" to the valuation but I still think that their valuation doesn't make sense. What am I missing?
