We implemented a full DEI initiative last year... strategic goals, inclusive hiring practices, employee resource groups, the whole deal. I poured months into it. And now, leadership is saying we need to dial it back because it’s starting to feel too political. No one will outright kill the program, but the funding disappeared and the priorities got reshuffled. It’s like we only cared when it was trending on LinkedIn. Has anyone figured out how to protect DEI work from becoming a PR stunt?

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative.
