My hometown is Delhi, My parents are really anxious of me relocating so far in hyd and new culture and honestly me too, How much diffference would it be if i choose Mastercard over Wells Fargo? I am 26F and would love to explore a new city and find myself but is Hyderabad any good to do that? I am really confused, Please help rationally.

Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore
