Big shot title for 65K. Your value is more than that..get at least 80k
Canada
100k, min. This is not a stretch by any means.
I’m an account exec making 83k, ask for more, especially with 6 years of experience
Yes still stands. Experience is experience. Don’t pigeon hold yourself! It’s transferable
I wouldnt wipe my weiner off with $65k if I had 'senior' in my title
You are way underpaid, sir. That is just so sad. I am not an expert but I would advise you to step out of that company and look for another one that value your skills and experience. They have been clowning you for 6 years.
I make $65k as an associate
New York
When I was at Razorfish a few years back, they prided themselves on salary transparency. Just ask HR what the salary band is for Account Sup and go from there.
6 years of exp and not a sup yet..?
As OP mentions in an above comment, they haven't been an SAE for 6 years. They've been with the client for 4 years and probably stuck around because they liked the client.
That is half the salary of what an account supervisor makes in that area. I assure you that you are way underpaid. You could be making way more.
An Exec with your experience, only making $65k? You're for sure getting lowballed. What you should be making is something close to the 90's. How long have you been there for?
i’ve been with this client for almost 4 years, and with this agency for 1.5. i really like my client, my team, and my agency, so i don’t want to leave, but if they can’t catch up to what i should be making currently, i doubt they’ll make the pay jump that i deserve when i get promoted to account supervisor. so it sounds like my best option is to leave..
I think at a minimum you should be going for 90k, but more reasonably $100k seems to be about right for the level of experience
