What are some of the more viable, lucrative service lines within Big 4 that one could transition to after working in audit for a few years (w/o getting an MBA)?

I have been working the same position for 5 years. But our job title has changed a few time I went from a pre registration rep to a verification specialist during my time there I want to branch out but not sure where to go from here. I have a bachelors in Health Science. 5 years experience dealing with patients, insurance, referral, data entry, etc.

I got 50% hike in Infosys however in accenture, I got 20% mid year hike and 30% hike promise in Dec'22 to match Infosys. Should i stay in Accenture or move to Infy? which company is better?

Looking for an entry level non exempt positions. I've been in and out of both food service and retail for years. I know what I'm worth and I know how strong my work ethic is. I do not enjoy having carrots dangling out of reach, preventing me from furthering my career. Seems all this 20 something year olds are getting what I feel I do deserve (no ego). Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. Why should I care if partners have no sense of urgency? Sending file to them for review is like throwing a stone into the ocean - I hear back after a week. Yes, I have communicated client deadline to them. Yes, they checked on me multiple times a week when the file is on my court.

I am an acting senior and am training 3 new hires. They are not doing well, so I often re-do their works even after I give them 2 pages step by step instruction. The problem is my manager and director don't see the problems (because those problems happen behind the scene) and think all the A1s are performing exceptionally well. The A1s and I are all associates, so I don't even have a chance to give them an official feedback (snapshot at pwc). How to address this issue to my manager and director?
