What are some things you guys write off in taxes other than the obvious income, health insurance, investments and student loans?

Anyone who is (or has) worked in Big 4 offshore centers in India (e.g Deloitte USI): Do you know if our employer provided health insurance coverage amount is per year, or total. Just for context, I am currently working in US and thinking of taking a transfer to USI because of some serious health issues for my parents. If I take a transfer , within how many days my parents will get coverage and once I exhaust the sum assured , will it reset next year? Thank you for your help.

I’m getting married in 6 months. How can I lose fat in my arms?! I feel like my arms in my stomach are my biggest problem areas. Or at least the ones that make me the most self-conscious. And honestly my stomach isn’t that bad, it’s really just my arms. Any advice would help! I’m 27 with no real health issues other than being overweight, and I’m allergic to fish and nuts if that is helpful. I work out at least twice a week but trying to make it more like 4 for at least for the next three months

Age 43, 280k, company allows pre tax and post tax 401k. Does that mean I can max out the pre tax 401k and put additional amount in my post tax one? Are there limits to post tax 401k?
