I would take a study course and do it again TBH. A lower rated MBA would still be a huge time, money, and opportunity cost and compared with studying for the test again.
That being said, the University of Utah is ranked #40 and your score would be a possibility there.

Got into Kelley and Emory, half scholarship on both, with a 660 GMAt and a 2.1 GPA. Had killer essays and I interivew really really well tho..

Any part time program. The degree and courses are the same but you will have to work harder to get the same exit opportunities as the full time students. Still, it is possible.

Technically every MBA program has people with that low of a GMAT... Depends on the rest of your story
Is Q or V bringing you down? Would advise you to retake it until you can hit at least 710. Get a tutor if you really can’t figure it out on your own. Your MBA is already going to cost >100x that money.

If you have a really unique story and are a diversity candidate, any school is possible but only because you are a unicorn.
If you are a typical consultant, it’ll be tough to crack the T20. They have a lot of candidates like you, so you are not worth ruining their median GMAT score for the rankings. Retake the GMAT, and if you cannot improve your score after 2-3 times, try and explain why you can’t test well in the optional essay.
And if you can’t crack T20, choose the highest-ranked MBA program in the place you want to be post-MBA. For example, if you want to be in Cleveland, Ohio post-MBA, Case Western Reserve University is an achievable MBA with a 620-650 GMAT and has a large alumni network and street cred in Cleveland. This is the case with most lower-ranked programs that are not competing with an M7 in the same city.

Don’t shoot your self in the foot by calling it a bad test score. If you’re 10-20 points below their mean, you still have a great chance of getting in. Applying early is so important. Duke was my dream school and I’m sure I would have gotten in if I applied for early Action instead of round 2.
I also got expelled in undergrad and made T25 with a 660 GMAt and a 2.1 GPA. ORM. It can be done.
