I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

I’ve been having arrhythmia issues. I went to a cardiologist and they gave me a really cool stick-on heart monitor to wear for a week. (I haven’t received results yet.) If you’re really concerned, maybe look into this… The device my cardiologist prescribed was called a Zio. https://www.irhythmtech.com/
Following for the results
Definitely the jab
Try out the Morpheus heart rate monitor. It’s pretty good. I use it for HRV and for steady state conditioning. It’s got a chest strap
Ok will look into it. Thanks 🙏🏼

Definitely worth getting checked out but do know that wrist-based HR straps are not the most accurate.

There have been some studies of smart watches detecting covid through heart rate changes before symptoms start (I don’t know the details though). Not to be alarmist or anything, just thought it was interesting. Maybe worth getting a test while you wait for your other results. Hope everything turns out okay.
Hang in there, friend. What is definitely good for your heart is good breathing. If your rate is high, try breathing 3-4 seconds in through your nose (never in through the mouth) and out 5-7 seconds through your nose or mouth.
Did you get the Covid-19 vaccine? Not trying to get political here, but I know I’ve been dealing with irregular heart activity too and trying to figure out why
Yes I started getting these after my second shot this summer.
