What are the exit opps for corporate strategy/business development roles? What are the options for long term career growth? Ie in consulting the (long term) progression goal is Partner. What’s the equivalent in these areas? I’ve tried doing a search but can’t find any consistent answers.

I'm developing this PC position at work (they've never had one) and I am forced to use the current ticketing system in place. The plan is to create tickets specific to tasks. I want to use a numbering system for cross referencing and basically visual organization. My Ops mgr isn't entirely on board and wants to know why we have to use a setup that works for me while those parts aren't necessarily for everyone.

Not sure how else to build something from scratch.

Been with Big Four advisory (GRC) for 10 years. Really tired of meaningless “consulting” and commoditized implementations. Recently been through a rough job search and finally landed an offer with a mid size bank in their risk practice. Got sort of an exploding offer on hand. Verbal only so far and requiring decision by Monday pretty firm. Have 3 more processes ongoing in mid-late stages and expect to wrap up probably next week. Gut feeling is I want to take the company who gave the exploding offer though. Any advice on how I can respectfully wrap up other processes/ask for extension?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
