Hmm it would be interesting to see what folks who have worked at more than one firm think? everything else would seem like speculation or he said she said
Although every firm is different, we are more alike than different when you add some perspective. eg the difference between MBB and Big4 is way greater than the differences between the 3. Or the difference between certain countries within any of the 3 firms is greater than the difference between the averages for the 3.
McK is a bit less commercial - relatively little consideration / talk of making money, partners not invented on “personal” billings vs say BCG where partners get paid formulaically asked upon $$. Bain is a little more loose and fun (detractors might say fratty), McK is a little more buttoned up (though I’ve never found it like that here). But each will feel similar to a partner in one waking up in another vs waking up in B4.

I like the BCG green better than the new McK logo on LinkedIn and Bain’s power red. But that’s pretty much it.
