I am looking for a job
Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

Sounds like an HR fish in here looking to cut some EY benefits 👀
My firm offers an unlimited PTO policy, and that's such a huge one for me.
In all honesty I take probably less PTO than I would be offered at a firm that didn't have this policy, but it makes planning for vacations, unexpected absences, and everything in between SO much easier.
That's an interesting perspective because I feel exactly the opposite. I worked at IQVIA with discretionary time off, and it sucked. I think I took an average of 8-10 days off a year, and there was no payout when I left.
I've always taken all of my allocated PTO when it's been a thing.
Just doing some research! Nothing to cut.
