What are the wellness benefits - specifically in the Chicago office? I’m a huge fitness freak and take 2 fitness classes a day (spinning, yoga, Pilates etc.). These classes are about $20-$30 each and my current job has a great wellness program and most of the $$ are reimbursed. I’m curious how much I’d have to pay out of pocket for these at Google.

Question about solo/self-employed 401ks: If I create a sole-member LLC for a side business and create a solo/self-employed 401k, am I only allowed to make contributions from the earnings earned via the LLC? Or am I allowed to contribute money earned from a different source (ie W-2 job).

I’ve been practicing in both big law (many yrs ago) and now in-house for over 10 years. Quite often I struggle because I don’t find work fulfilling. I’m getting really discouraged by the process of finding a daycare. Currently 32w pregnant and it’s crazy to me that literally no daycare I’ve spoken to can speak to availabilities in the Spring. It’s nothing but waitlists. Should I have started looking sooner? Starting to get worried that my maternity leave will and and we will still have zero plan on how to get childcare.
