What are typical product analytics comp progressions in big tech companies? 3YOE, 2+ in big 4 and .75 in tech, TC 155k but coming up on my first full review cycle. I see people at FAANG hitting 200k as senior analysts/operations analyst roles?

Current Student interested in FDD. Have only really considered Big 4 firms for this. Looking through various bowls, I keep seeing a lot of people in FDD go from big 4 to Alvarez & Marsal and having nothing but positives. As a student, should I be considering firms like Alvarez & Marsal for FDD, or should I stick with big 4?

Why are Deloitte HRs doing candidates so dirty!!! They give all these hopes that you are through the rounds , CTC is sent for approval , will get back to you in a week and then do the infamous Disappearing Act. It will be helpful to the candidates to know a simple Yes or just an email saying “we regret to tell you…” We expect (still unacceptable) this from WITCH companies but what happened to the Big 4
