What can I expect from Deloitte interviews?

I have 3 rounds next week:
R1 - CCA interview with a Principal
R2 - Case study with a Sr Manager
R3 - Focus with a Sr Manager

I know what I can expect in R2, but can anyone give me insights/advice about the other two rounds.

Feeling down. I've interviewed for probably 12 positions (mostly Senior Manager level), and always getting rejected. Is this normal? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated
