Perfect attendance in 2nd grade. Still riding that high.
Maybe something specific to your practice? You already have the two top “general” ones for consulting.
But tbh, it’s prob not gonna be another cert or two that’s gonna up your comp. Delivery, sales, and building a network are the pillars to getting raised and promoted.
Can you say more about what your role is? Even if you’re a junior consultant, you’re likely doing these things.
Delivery = executing the tasks assigned to you, contributing in meetings
Sales = maybe more just managing client relationships for now, which can be a useful building block for sales.
Network-building = do you have any option at all to go in to the office? If not, seek out professional organizations in your area, volunteer opportunities, take some in-person college courses, etc. Even reach out to people on LinkedIn who are in roles that interest you and ask if you can pick their brain on the phone or over a coffee.
YOE?
Ah gotcha yeah I did my 6 in the reserves and gtfo. It sounds like you’re doing the right stuff, just find a way to market your current experience and ed. the right way. Maybe look into Big4 firms if you don’t mind the hours. Willing to bet you could land some sort of Senior Associate level or Consultant level for at least 100k

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Participation trophies go a long way here
Certs themselves are not valuable.
What you can do is what is valuable.
Certs are receipts you can show to people who don't know you to prove you have some minimum level of proficiency.
Make sure to mix up certs with real world learning.
