I like your perspective on life.
I agree that you should adapt and keep looking. That’s great advice.
I would also add that you reflect on the whole interview and hiring process. Knowing what you know now, what questions do you wish you would’ve asked and what would you ask moving forward. Helps close up blindspots for your next gig.
Currently in the exact same boat...want to switch?
Talk to the people you interviewed with and explain what you’re not getting out of the job that was discussed prior to accepting.
But then. Look for a new job. Get out. If they’re the type of people/place that would trick someone into a job, those aren’t the kind of people you want to work with.
I would leave as quickly as you can if you’re unhappy. Guarantee you it won’t get better
