What do you do if the job you were sold in the interview isn’t the one that you walked into?

Looking into making a switch from sales to marketing. My resume is currently very sales focused. Are there any tweaks I should make to the wording on my resume to be more marketing focused? Or are my sales skills transferable enough that it doesn’t matter too much?

I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I have been a strategy and planning associate for a year and a half (first job out of college), I found that I'm not really cut out for this sector of advertising and would like to get more into the creative area.
