What do you think about manger reply when you requested PTO for 4 days and 2.5 months in advance?

May & Dec is a very busy time for our team. Although we don’t have a written. it is understood in dept we avoid taking vacations or time off during times. With the team having someone on short term leave, and given this will be during our final audit fieldwork, it will be extremely difficult for us. I understand this is something you must do and it is a priority to you, your request is approved.
