S&P Global Anyone here work at S&P Global? I’m a project manager who has been with the company for a few years. My position has changed at review time the last few years, so I’ve never gone through the raise process. What percentages have you seen with the company? I’m feeling a bit overworked at this point and don’t want to have my expectations higher than what is reasonable, but also feel like I’ll need a large-ish chunk of cash to feel better about how much I’m working. A13, that was me (and for years 2-5 it was only like 50k). Couldn't bring myself to leave the solo I had been working for since I got out of school. But he knew I wasn't the type to take over his business so he merged us with another firm. The new people are the only reason I got a raise to 100k and I get 25% of originations. I don't know how to tell you to fix it other than to find somewhere new, but I couldn't do it, I just got lucky

It is somewhat chill, but I think it's that the partners have stated that their focus is on quality of work and long-term client relationships rather than billables. I will say if we're extra busy we are absolutely expected to step up and maintain good service/expected turnaround regardless of goals. Our firm caters to high net worth clients, if that matters.
