What do you think about NS? I feel the sr mgmt is not capable enough to play their roles. There are lot of politics and favorotism. People in Hyd are luckier than in Chn and Bglr as they have clear advantage of it. Many Sr Mgrs have zero leadership skills, no empathy. It's funny even few Prnc Engrs don't know coding. The joker ADs are there only to boost toxic and blame culture. Directors are there only to back the ADs. And it goes until AVP level. No real problem solvers. #ToxicityContinues

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
