What do you think of a company where you’re about to have a second interview and they just no show for the Zoom meeting? This is after I met with the CCO and a Partner during the first meeting. Second meeting was supposed to be with Founder and President. But he no-showed. Getting very disorganized and unstructured vibes, but I need a job :/

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I don’t want to accept and then have to cancel, but there’s no guarantee the other job will hire me either. 😩
