What do your call centres use as data collection tools? We’re using Excel and employees in the team have started complaining about never-ending Excels. Tips on what to use instead of excel?

I've wondered the same thing. I don't love Excel, but it's been our go-to for data for so long, I'm not even sure what else we would use.

Have you used Microsoft Access before? It's a little more complicated than Excel but it provides much better overviews!

It also comes with your Microsoft Office subscription so you should already have access to it

What industry are you in? We use Salesforce

Call center! We use Salesforce too for client information. But I’m referring more specifically to QA information
