What does everyone do with all of the recruiting emails? I'm getting at least two a day, six is my record so far. I just lateraled less than a year ago and love my current job. And if I were to look, I would contact the recruiter I worked with before. Does everyone else just delete, or are we supposed to reply back to be polite and not burn any bridges? I've started recognizing recruiter names and created rules so that the emails automatically go to my spam folder.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!
