I’m interviewing for a Manager role at PayPal in the product management department and wondering how much of a salary I should ask. I am a woman and POC so I don’t want to fall into the trap of asking for/getting paid less than I’m worth. All insights welcome!!

I need your honest advice one which options below is better for career projection into leadership roles:
Staying in cybersecurity consulting and moving up the ranks or exiting to product management at a Faang and then no idea what?
Like when you become product manager at a Faang what your career into leadership look like?

Best moves after becoming PMM? I've been in the role for 4-5 years now but looking to really challenge myself - I am not sure what the next leap would be other than moving into leadership or starting my own company. Thoughts?

What firms and/or practice groups make it easy to transfer overseas or do an assignment abroad? For example, US citizen wanting to work in Europe.

Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4). First gen, first year lawyer here. What do you do when you have family members who expect money from me every paycheck. I try to stand my ground but I get guilt tripped, especially when those family members were there for me.
