What does it take to shift to Data Science project in Globant? Is there any internal certification available to shift to Data Science project?

If you’re at a small creative agency that mostly does project work, does that mean you’re perpetually pitching?

I’m a producer - interested in working for a brand and getting out of the agency world. Any advice how to find those opportunities and make myself marketable? I’m in a secondary market.
