Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Hi Guys, need help from you
I interviewed for tcs for SAP function Consultant and cleared technical as well as managerial round on same day. Next day I received mail from HR that I have been shortlisted and require to submit all the documents.
My CCTC is 21 LPA ( 19 fixed) and I put my expectations as 27 LPA (30 percent hike on Current CTC), YOE- 5.8 years till now and then need to serve 3 month NP ( till joining 6 years)
Which designation should I ask to TCS HR?

Doctors appointment is the general default, you could also say you need to go submit some paperwork for bla bla bla. Or speak to your building management regarding a problem in your apartment
I tell my manager that I'm interviewing elsewhere. No excuse needed.
I just say I have to step out for an appointment or a meeting. Let their imagination run wild while you are gone.
I just go to the bathroom, then crawl out of the little interview tunnel I dug in there behind the bricks, replacing it behind me. Then I wipe the dust off me and do my interview. I re-enter the building the same way, emerging from my stall hours later with no one the wiser to where I've been. They all just assume I've been in the bathroom the whole time, so obviously--a big win.
Something slightly more elaborate than a doctor's appointment has always worked for me ... Global Entry interview at the airport (they're notoriously inflexible and difficult to schedule), medical procedure for a relative, signing will papers, etc. Elaborate ones keep the rumor mill in check
Ugh... never be specific. Just say you have an appointment. Too specific raises more eyebrows. Remember this forever.

Say you're trying to get [Company Name] to let you return [thing you dislike] or give you your money back, and they're being real assholes about it.
lol at the old cult slave shop I used to work at, nobody was allowed to go anywhere without getting grilled. So for my interview I said I had an URGENT gynecological appointment. Magically, no questions were asked! I believe my coworkers had to use "chronic diarrhea" at some point. #cultlife. Anywhere else now I just say dr apt or an errand of some sort
I save my vacation days for such occasions.
