What happens if you quit and your firm paid for your cpa prep? Do I have to pay my firm back or do I not have an access to cpa prep course? I’m going to ask my firm before I quit but want to make sure I’m not expecting to spend 3k before I quit

Just got off the phone with a recruiter who asked me what year I graduated from my MBA program and college and effectively told me I was too old for the role.
