Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

You get 11 weeks of transition. HR has a form for references - most people will want to help you find your next role. Bain will never disclose that you were let go (most companies won’t out of fear of getting sued). Not sure about interviews.
Thank you so much C1. That’s very helpful to know. I joined over a bit less than 2 years ago.
D1 - thank you!, I like that a lot.. and it’s not entirely false. In the end, it probably wasn’t a fit!
You could probably say that it was not a fit and you are looking for something less... and more... (whatever the role was and role you consider next), for example, you are looking for something less focused on strategy and more on execution, technology capability etc and that you were not a fit for the pure strategy work.
How long ago did you join?
Bain just let you go without assisting in your job hunt?
Are you a C2 or AC2?
Talk to our career folks with your questions. They’ll help you out. Everyone I’ve known who’s gone on transition hasn’t had trouble finding their next step
