What international bank in the US is most likely to allow US employees to go work in Europe? My husband and I would love to live in Europe for 2-4 years (in the next 3-4 years). I would like to transition to one of these banks soon to start building tenure. I am an SVP of Risk and Compliance at a Community Bank with 11+ years of experience in banking. I would of course be willing to take a less senior role overseas especially because I am not proficient in another language at this time.

Is it more impressive to make manager in 2.5 years at the same firm or move to a different big 4. Im S1, got an offer from another big 4 to be a manager but my firm (also a big 4) wants to make me a manager and match the salary immediately. Assuming the work would be similar, what would look better on my resume? Goal is to make director as quickly as possible and go in-house.

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.
