I received an offer for a mid-large size consulting firm at $80k with a $10k signing bonus to be an associate consultant. Is this industry norm- high? Low? I have no clue as it is my first offer and unsure whether to accept it or negotiate

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. Any thoughts on what I could ask for at end of year reviews for a salary increase?

3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

Had been working as a BA/PM role at a financial firm for 3.5 years and decided to leave corporate to join my family’s small business with the mentality I’d take things over. It’s been a little over a year and I’ve come to the realization that it’s not for me. Im looking to transition myself back to IT/Tech, but am feeling apprehensive in getting the attention of recruiters with the industry switch.
