Hi,
What role I can expect for 6.8yoe developer??
@Social Work Hey guys! Attached is a job posting. The job (Social
Worker at Sheppard Pratt school) pays 34-41/hr which is 70-85k a year depending on experience. It’s a full time job. So benefits included (insurance, 401k, paid time off, sick days) And also bc it’s a social work position at a school, you get at least 4 supervision hours a month. This recruiter sent it to me. So if you’re interested please reach out to me or her. https://www.indeed.com/job/licensed-social-workercounselor-33455f2e7d917b37

I was at a firm where it was 6% of the firm’ fee, split subjectively among the attorneys who worked the case (only for civil, they did not pay out for WC fees). 20% of the firm’s fee if you brought it in yourself.
A friend’s firm got 15% of firm’s fee but no base salary, just a draw.
I don’t know that there is a market/reasonable rate when it comes to plaintiff’s side associate comp. they’re smaller firms run by egotistical showman type lawyers, and they all place different value on their grunts.
Yeah, still amounted to six figures by years 2 and 3.

Total comp (salary plus bonus) should be about 1/3 of the amount collected for your work. I assume you’re cases are mostly contingent fee engagements?
