Best way to word a counter offer with a slight salary increase? I’d just like to round up to 80k, this would only be less than 10% more than the initial offer so nothing crazy. Do I need to make a case for the increase or can I just say I’d be more comfortable at 80k?

I've been moving around strictly for salary purposes. I like the job I’m at now but a recruiter reached out about an opportunity and I listened. Fast forward, I got the job offer with a base of 300k. I generally like the job I’m at now and it’s not that stressful but I’ve only been here for 10 months.

What are your thoughts about RSUs? Looking at an opp that would offer $25k RSU spread over 4 years, with annual refreshers (ie increases by $6,250 every year until year 4 and then levels out at $25k until I leave).
