Don’t know much about Midwest. 55 in range but maybe on lower end (I’ve mostly heard 60s) and 15k seems a bit low for bonus. How many years experience? Might be a good starting point to move into PE or a larger bank

City in the Midwest, not Chicago so the COL isn't crazy. They've done quite a number of deals already this year (~10) so I think the bonus will be pretty good

I interviewed for .net position.

There were 3 rounds.
1. Technical : they asked basic questions on C#, .net, SQL.
C# : Oops concept questions
.net: mostly on asp.net, MVC and webapi.
SQL: about functions, stored procedures, performance related questions.
2. Managerial: about project
3. HR : basic salary discussion and background.

Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary.Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw.
