My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say, there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary. Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.

Best bachelor party cities?
I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

That’s so low. What city?
Is the 15k signing bonus? My dad runs a boutique and his analysts make a bit more base and get about 30-40k in bonus
Don’t know much about Midwest. 55 in range but maybe on lower end (I’ve mostly heard 60s) and 15k seems a bit low for bonus. How many years experience? Might be a good starting point to move into PE or a larger bank
My experience is in Philly area so not sure how it compares
City in the Midwest, not Chicago so the COL isn't crazy. They've done quite a number of deals already this year (~10) so I think the bonus will be pretty good
Depending on deal flow obviously
No signing bonus. The discretionary bonus range look to start around 15k but those were historical slow years.
Is 55k base near avg for the location you think?
I have 2 yrs MC experience but want to do IB instead. I'm taking a hit on the base but should get close with the bonus. Looking to get into PE eventually so I'm more in it for the experience
