Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?
Any upcoming law conferences/events?

You have to stay in current position for 18 months before any transfers. Normally officer titles are given out after a full calendar year in a row ( if you qualify) but they are not automatic.
I’m my exempt role, I qualify for officer title and it’s a nomination from my manager for teamwork, skills etc but those get approved from their higher ups so even if nominated it’s a process
Most appreciated and this is welcomed news.
And it’s not an easy process. HR told me some people even leave to get the title and then come back as a VP. Hearing that from HR was crazy.
Unfortunately, this move is common advice at my company too.
I think you can apply for other jobs after a year and a half there. They have good upward trajectory from what i hear though.
