What is it like working at SoFI? Is 170K base too much for a Risk manager at SoFi?

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

I got Canada PR recently. I am in process of getting an offer from Deloitte Canada for Senior Risk Specialist in Enabling Areas. How much should I ask for as a Salary if the position is full time and how much should i ask for if the poaition is a contract?

Interviewer asked what my current salary / bonus is and I told them.

I got the offer and it’s exactly the same base/bonus as my current role. (Though they’ll also give me so stock options in the private company).

Can you share what is reasonable % increase to get for salary / bonus when switching jobs? I know the team really likes me.

Amazon recruiter reached out and wants to know my general compensation expectations before first interview. Very little info available on role but seeing $150k-$250k total compensation reported. Is this too wide of a range to give them?

Tax question: married filing jointly for 1st time next year. Company recommends/requires me to fill out its tax calculator. Is this required? Can I just leave it at 0? What are implications if I skip this exercise? Overpay? Underpay? Enough to maybe have a penalty? Me and wife are ~$250k/$150K=$400k total.
