I am from Oregon I have been at my place of work for 9.5 years. I am a CMA. With this company I have been a Lead MA, Scheduler, Float Lead, surgery assistant. Basically the go to girl and been there done that. Currently I am Mohs Hisotech. I went to go ask my company for a rise and was instantly denied before I could ask for a raise. I make what I need to make. I make $28.78 and I know others make $30-$31 within the company. What should I do?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low).
