Manager numbers are low, senior consultants out of business school command 130-150 salaries
Depends on firm, practice and years exp. partner had a huge range. Manager ranges from 105k - 165k. Senior manager is a huge range with 150 - 300k. Partner is just a diff model.
Deloitte pays like shit!!
Not to mention the constant cost of living adjustments year after year... Nyc
Or talk to a peer and either get a comp adjustment or leave. I have a peer and she was in a sililar boat. The partner she was under had no idea and when he found out, her salary was adjusted to the rest of her peer group. If you don't bring it up, it is largely your fault for not taking control of your own income. No reason you couldn't go elsewhere if you are good at what you do
From what I heard, 150 > 175 > 250
Yeah strategy is a different scale. But my numbers were based on averages
Deloitte has the best pay of the Big 4 - deloitte managers can and do make more than EY senior managers.
Ha thats a joke
Well whats your level and pay. Having worked there and having interviewed and got offers at PWC and ACN, I know how their bands compare to mine. D and ACN have had the best pay across years exp - out of big 4/former big 5
Second year manager 105
What practice are you in? - i know managers there that are 185 and north
I could use an NYC COL...this city is bleeding me dry, I hate that I like it so much.
Deloitte hires in SC at 140k+ out of MBA - not sure why you are so low
My point is, if you grew up in the firm they take you for granted. You spend time after time training dumb industry hires that make well more than you. Just to get shit on. Im a high performer in advisory. Jumping ship as i should!
