What is the best way to shop around / see what’s out there? Both in terms of big law cultures and in house opportunities. If it’s to work with a recruiter, how do I find one (I assume better to find my own than go with one who cold emails). Currently at a v20 firm.

You can do both finding one yourself and talk to those cold email you at the beginning and see if you like them and then focus on one
