Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. I feels that networking industry doesn't have deep pocket like others.

Hi good people ,I gave 1st round of interview for a data engineer role last Friday.Interview duration was of 1 hr. I think the interview went good but I haven't received any feedback from them.I called hr and she said it will take time.How long is interview process at gsk? How much is GSK grade 9b ( technical associate fresher software engineering in Bengaluru) gets a year ? How much is in hand and how much is bonus
In GSK your CTC will be determined by current . Shares and carlease are benefits . Benefits wise good.
But at G6 and above, growth is stagnant unless you are in US or UK .
No fixed upper range . Highly controlled by current and manager.
That said , at G6 and above not much career growth or job security
I know grade 6 folks earning from 60LPA to 1 cr CTC excluding stocks..I guess they get 640 stocks per year
