some things i’ve done for my own sanity:
-don’t read into the silence it’s ok to not have anything to say to one another. in fact, try your best to be silent and comfortable in stillness.
-express when you need space, i suck at this but my partner does a great job of offering me space. you can go for a walk, run the stairs in your apartment for cardio.
Hobbies. I love my wife but we'd actually physically harm each other spending weeks straight together. It's fine, we know our weaknesses. We have hobbies and stay busy and it's all fine.
You may also be finding out you're not right for each other. It's a bummer but not every relationship works out. Most don't in fact. And splitting up frees you to find the right relationship.
Good luck, sounds tough.
Try to go for a long walk or run. Work from different spots in the home. Maybe one of you gets a bedroom and one gets the kitchen. Respect each other’s space during the day and in the evening you can have time together
Esther Perel’s book, Mating in Captivity, is a good read for couples in general.
