I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.
I just wanted to know if there are any red flags I should be aware of. So please help me fishes.

S& pays better than MBB at least on lower levels.
SA is 13-35%. Can go higher on a big year of revenues
It’s minimal differences at the lower levels (below AP / Partner). Can be significant after that, but largely the gaps aren’t very big.
Offers are either the same or very, very close. Growth trajectory can be close too.
I do think we’ve got a bit of a comp gap in the EM and Principal levels compared to the others mentioned here, but trajectory can be quite strong.
We don’t really do up-or-out (at least not strictly the way MBB do) so the average timelines include people who take longer, but the “as fast as possible” track is still something like 7 years from undergrad to Partner here.
Agree with McK 1 on starting all within range of each other. Disagree on trajectory, I don’t think any other firm has a BA direct to EM equivalent. There’s some BA’s who have made AP within 4-5 years out of college, not a ton of them but I don’t think that’s possible at BB or tier 2
Honestly the reason I’m still here
That’s amazing to make 1M+ 7 to 8 years out of undergrad.
What about OW?
S& salary may be comparable but benefits are the same bad benefits PwC has. No giant 401k contributions, nearly free health care, etc that you have at mck and bcg. Can't speak for bain
The progression to EM is a big deal.
For OW I don’t think the comp is as high as MBB or S&
Almost all BAs who stay will make em after 3 years, just a very small % who decide to stay all the way through. The BAs who do it in significantly less than their 3 years is pretty rare but does happen
I would say that MBB is more as manager / principal and similar out of b-school.
The difference is at the partner level. MBB has a much more equal comp for partners where at Big4, small group makes a lot (more than MBB) and a large group below MBB. And the pension of course
S& comp and big four comp below the partner level are quite different.
