What is the general starting salary for first year cyber consultant?

Anyone a Senior SE/ Solution Advisor at SAP and know what to expect for all in comp? Is Glassdoor pretty accurate?

Could use some help designing a commission scheme, what would you sharks do in my situation??? I’d like to do some sort of group scheme, not an individual contributor scheme.

just replaced a 35yr lifer and now boss tells me to create a business plan and comp scheme. Now there’s me and my trainee who’s rather green. It would be my responsibility to train him up. With 2 effective sales people last year we did ~7M @ 50% margin avg contract value of $25k (record setting year).

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
