I'm approached by the AP recruiter and in the final interview process for an SVP role (digital practice).
Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE

2.5% when I was in Deloitte after one year working 13 hours every day. When I put in my notice period one month later they offered me a 10% raise to stay-embarrassing
Likewise at Deloitte. I was in their AWM strategy practice. Worked, on average, 80 hr weeks in my group. No joke. Most nights would get home after midnight. 2% raise. Left as soon as I could find something else…

If your company is also stating there is profit, then this is wage theft and I advise you to seek elsewhere.
Uh, that's not wage theft...
Looking elsewhere is definitely the best thing to do, but companies paying low raises have nothing to do with wage theft.
I’m on PIP, so I’m getting a 30% decrease :(
I actually had my contractor rate cut one year. -10% raise.
Lmaaoooo that’s savage
3% and 4% were the max non-promotion raises at both places I worked before joining consulting.
A few decimals higher than 3%
Edit: in consulting. I've gotten no raise in industry

First year out of university in a great market, was rated “PBC 1” at IBM - at the very top of peer group and rewarded with a 4% raise. Left 8 months later.
2.9% at Deloitte
1.5% at IBM, that was standard for them
-100% twice when I was laid off - twice. A zero raise is good when no one is hiring
22% bonus, however 0% raise with Tier 1 rating.
Raises this year were ridiculous
